Google's quality signal for search ads, scored at the keyword level. It factors in expected click-through rate, ad relevance to the query, and landing page experience. A high Quality Score reduces your cost per click and improves your Ad Rank relative to higher bidders. The calculation is not fully disclosed. What is disclosed is directionally accurate: better ads, better landing pages, and tighter keyword-to-ad-group alignment improve it. The score is a proxy for user experience. Optimize for that and the score follows.
