The fix for one of the most tedious problems in programmatic. A deal gets negotiated in one place, then someone retypes the terms into the SSP, the DSP and a spreadsheet. Things get lost. Deal IDs break. Campaigns don't spend. The Deals API moves the terms system to system, so agents (and humans) stop playing telephone.
