Software that does the media buyer's job. Mostly. You hand an agent a budget, a goal, and a set of rules. It finds inventory, negotiates with the seller's agent, and books the deal. You check in when it asks for permission. Programmatic automated the auction. Agentic automates the conversation that happens before it.
